  • The Service is a locator/matching tool, not a repair shop and not the provider of repair services.

2. Lead matching limitations

  • We do not guarantee that any specific provider will be available, respond, or accept your request.
  • Matches are based on information you submit and may include filters (e.g., location, requested service type, availability signals). Results may change.
  • Service quality, timing, pricing, and workmanship are determined by the third-party providers, not by stackstratahub.com.

3. Quotes, pricing, and accuracy

  • Any pricing information (including estimates shown online) is for informational purposes only and may not reflect final charges.
  • Availability, parts, labor rates, and diagnostic outcomes can change.
  • We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information provided by third parties.

4. Diagnostics and inspections

  • If a provider performs an inspection/diagnostic, findings and required repairs depend on the vehicle’s condition and the provider’s methods.
  • Diagnostic results may change after further inspection or testing.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive requests.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or access it in an unauthorized manner.

6. Third-party services

Third-party providers operate independently. Your agreement for repairs (if any) is directly between you and the provider. stackstratahub.com is not responsible for provider acts or omissions, including failures to perform, delays, or any disputes about repairs.

7. Privacy and personal data

If the Service collects personal data (such as name, phone, or email) through forms or other means, it is processed in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and our personal data processing notice/policy.

8. Information about the provider

Where the Service offers services online or disseminates commercial electronic information for them, stackstratahub.com provides direct, simple, stable access on the site to statutory identifying information about the provider.

9. Distance/online contract information (lead generation)

To the extent your request leads to concluding a service contract at a distance or outside business premises, you will be provided the required information enabling you to understand the provider’s identity and the main characteristics of the services before agreement is formed.

10. Advertising claims

11. Disclaimer of warranties

12. Limitation of liability
